1.0 GENERAL FEATURES

Anodized plate, elettrochemically grained, costitued by Aluminium 99,5 (Alloy AA 1050 H18-H19)

Brillant green positive diazo coating

Superficial Overcoating to improve contact with film.

2.0 FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

2.1 Exposure

U.V. Metal-halide sources are required.

-5.000 W power, distance 110 cms. The corresponding energy is 0,9-1,1 mW/cm2

-develop positive 097 ready to use temperature 24C. , develop time 20 sec.

-expose 60-70 sec. in order to obtain step 4 grey and microlines 12 broken (UGRA)

2.2 Development

It can be regulary made by machine , hand or tank , using commercial positive developers, having the following features:

pH>12,0 conductivity: >30 mS/cm < 70 mS/cm

Developnig temperature: 20-24C.

Contact time with the developer: 20-30 sec.

3.0 ASPECT

The plate must present a uniform photosensitized coating , without losses , scratches, dots. The colour must be uniform all over the surface.

4.0 DIMENSIONAL FEATURE

4.1Normal thickness

mm. 0.15-0.25-0.30-0.40-0.50

4.2 Tolerances : ISO 12635: 1996(E)

For thick. 0.15mm. to 0.20 mm. = + 0.010 mm.

0.015 mm.

0.20mm. to 0.30 mm. = + 0.010 mm.

- 0.030 mm.

0.30mm. to 0.50 mm. = + 0.010 mm.

= - 0.040 mm.

For the size : +/- 1,0 mm. (0,5 mm. on request for web)

4.3 Roughness

The sensitized surface has following values: Rm 5.5 7 micron Ra 0,50 0.70 micron

4.4 Flatness

Surface waves according to DIN 1784 : max 0,75%

Waves sides : max. height 2 mm.

Waves at the centre : max height 2,5 mm.

Max numbers of waves : 3/ meter

6.0 STORING

24 months from production date, kept in the original packing , in normal temperature conditions

7.0 PACKING

Packs of plates wrapped in a first balck thermoretracted polyethylene wrapping and posiotioned in a cardboard box
