PERFORMANCE : Medium-High runs

Reference: 5000 W lamp, 420 nm, at a distance of 110 cm approx. corresponding energy is 0,9 - 1,1 mW/cm2; exposure time of 70-80 sec. to achieve dimmed step 4 and broken (damaged) 12 microlines (UGRA wedge 82); pure developer DIAZODEVELOP AZ-S at a temperature of 24 C, contact time 25 sec.

Note: Owing to possible differences of employed exposure and treatment equipment etc., mentioned times are to be considered only as an indication in helping the operator.

USE AS NEGATIVE PLATE: Expose to light 70-80 sec. approx. with negative film. Put the plate in an oven for 150-200 sec. at 140 Grad-150 Grad C. Expose again to light without film for 50-60 sec. approx. Carry out development.

Pay attention! Temperature decrease must correspond to increase in baking time and vice versa.

Required development time: 20-30 sec. approx. at a temperature of 21-24 GradC.

RETOUCH: Normal positive retouch products are used: CORRETTORE FP and OFFSET PEN

GUMMING: Gumming process is made with usual technical processes:

Damping agents: ECOFOUNT - AQUAVEL 87 and 87/90

AVAILABILITY: all sizes, thickness 0,15 - 0,25 - 0,30 - 0,40 - 0,50 mm

Tolerance: size +/- 1,00 mm; rotary presses: +/- 0,5 mm; thickness :+/- 0,020 mm.

STORAGE: 24 months from production date, indicated in the batch number, under normal conditions of temperature and humidity (18-24 GradC - 40/60%) and in original packings.

WARRANTY: Plates undergo a careful control to ensure a faultless and constant quality. In case of claims, the batch number shown on the label must be indicated.
