Sheet Fed Metal Decorating (Using Conventional Inks)
Specially developed to meet the unique demands of metal decorators using conventional oven dried inks.

Optimum ink film thickness on tin plate or aluminium, giving dense even solids without loss of dot sharpness or reverse line detail is achieved by the unique high transfer surface layer.

Excellent edge cut resistance and durability results from the combination of a closed cell syntactic compressible layer and a highly resilient surface.

Sharp dot reproduction and controlled moisture retention on the surface - to minimise print length variation during the run - is ensured by the blanket's smooth micro-ground surface.

Suitability for all printing presses, including Crabtree and Mailander, is achieved by pre-fitted aluminium slave bars.
