Accura
High Quality Sheet Fed Printing |
Exceptional
ink transfer properties are a key Accura benefit, a result of developments in surface
rubber compound formulation. Reduced dot gain on the print is achieved, because target
solid print densities can be achieved with lower ink film thickness between plate and
blanket. Independent tests indicate Accura gives consistent dot gain values at or below
the European guidelines. Minimal dot gain and dense even solids on a variety of papers are produced by Accura. s combination of a thick compressible layer and a microground smooth, high performance surface compound. Excellent smash resistance ensures extended blanket life. |
Outstanding edge cut resistance, from the highly resilient surface compound,
enables a variety of sheet sizes to be printed without the need for blanket replacement. Easy blanket cleaning and stain resistance are further beneficial features of the smooth microground surface compound. The surface characteristics are particularly suited for use with Toray waterless plates. |
