Sheetfed Metal Decorating (Using UV Curing Inks)
Developed to meet the special demands of metal decorators using UV curing inks.

Optimum ink transfer and no surface embossing are the results of the EPDM surface, which has excellent compatibility with most UV curing inks. However, the specific characteristics of EPDM make it unsuitable for use with conventional oven cured inks.

Sharp dot reproduction and open reverse line detail are delivered by the smooth micro-ground surface. This also assists with the release of lightweight aluminium and tin plate, giving consistent print length throughout the run.

Printing pressures adequate for dense, even solid prints, but with the ability to absorb over-pressure frequently encountered with older or poorly maintained presses, are allowed by the closed cell syntactic compressible structure.

Suitability for all printing presses, including Crabtree and Mailander, is achieved by pre-fitted aluminium slave bars.
