Super 7
Applications with Sheet or Ink Release Problems
A compressible blanket with particularly good sheet release produced by its hard solvent resistant surface layer. This performance feature has been further enhanced by recent adaptation of micro finishing technology to provide a uniform smooth surface profile.

Excellent chemical resistance to all oxidation drying inks and most UV curing systems is afforded by the hard special blend of nitrile and polysulphide rubbers.

The particular surface characteristics of the Super 7 have resulted in its use in applications as diverse as metal decorating, carton printing and plastic pot decoration.

Excellent smash resistance is derived from the thick uniform syntactic compressible layer embodied within the low stretch carcase.
